IKNS opened its doors to students in 1983 which is private, coeducational, non-profit, self-supporting and bilingual. It offers education based on the American curriculum along with International Baccalaureate (IB) options. The school presents a bilingual program of study for students from Kindergarten to Grade Twelve.

IKNS has been affiliated with the International Baccalaureate (IB) since the year 1990, as an IB diploma program provider. The first group of students sat for the IB diploma examinations in May 1992. In 1994, the school received its full accreditation from the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA).

Highly stable Solution

Uniview provided all-around protection for the IKNS. There were 213 IP cameras installed in the school covering the area of whole school such as the stairs, playground and entrance etc. The project level NVR(NVR308-64R) was used for storage. The best bullet (IPC252ERA-X22DUG) and high-end starlight PTZ(IPC6252SR-X33U) were adopted in the solution as well. In the central control room, with UNV VMS--EZStation security managers can watch the whole areas at the same time.

·  NVR308-64R – 5 pieces NVR308-64R are used. 4 of them are used for storage. And the left one is regarded as backup NVR, which makes sure the whole system can run in the most stable and reliable way. Besides, RAID5 and hot-swap functions are enabled to promote the security of data to the highest level.
·  Ease of use – With casual and ever-changing staff it needs to be simple to use,and without required training every time someone else needs to access the system. Uniview has fine-tuned the GUI and the EZStation to be used friendly and intuitively.
